NavPoint Golf Group has been hired to manage the Jack Nicklaus designed Cougar Canyon Golf  Resort in Trinidad, Colorado.   Cougar Canyon is an 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course measuring nearly 7,800 yards from the championship tees.   The property, originally opened in 2007, also includes a nearly complete 117 room hotel, spa, and conference facility.    The property caters to both the local golfing population as well as stay and play visitors from throughout the US.  Jim Hughes, Principal with NavPoint had this to say about the company’s assignment at Cougar Canyon “Our team is extremely excited about the opportunity to engage at Cougar Canyon, the property is certainly one of a kind and we are very eager to reintroduce this tremendous resort to the golf community throughout the Southwest.”
